About the position

UpScriptHealth is seeking experienced healthcare providers to deliver telehealth services across various medical platforms, including Respiratory, Migraine headaches, Diabetes, Men & Women's Health, and Obesity Management. The role offers flexible scheduling within specified coverage hours, allowing providers to manage their availability while ensuring high-quality patient care through virtual consultations.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth services to patients via audio/video calls and written communications.
• Set and manage personal availability blocks for patient visits within the coverage hours of 6am to 12am EST.
• Conduct patient visits using the web-based Prescriber Portal.
• Maintain a professional bedside manner in a virtual environment.
• Review patient charts and determine appropriate medications through consultations.
• Monitor patient progress during follow-up visits and adjust prescriptions as necessary.
• Enter detailed SOAP notes into patient charts after each visit.
• Comply with ethical, legal, and professional guidelines.

Requirements

• Multiple state licenses preferred (IA, CT, KY, LA, MS, MO, MA, MT, TN, SC, VT).
• Availability to work during specified hours, including nights and weekends.
• Experience in telemedicine and good telemedicine etiquette.
• Access to a secure work environment.
• Technologically savvy with the ability to navigate web-based platforms.
