We manage or perform work associated with analysis, design, implementation, operation, deployment, and support of AES's digital and information technology resources. This includes computer hardware, operating systems, communications, software applications, data processing, and security, as well as software/database products. Activities include developing information technology strategies, policies, and plans; maintenance and use of information technology resources; training and supporting technology users; and internet product management & operations. We will consider you for positions such as CyberSecurity, Architecture, Applications, Digital Strategy/PM, IT Operations, IT Support, Data Science & Analytics, amongst others. Responsibilities

  • Manage and perform work associated with analysis, design, implementation, operation, deployment, and support of digital and information technology resources.
  • Develop information technology strategies, policies, and plans.
  • Maintain and utilize information technology resources effectively.
  • Train and support technology users in their roles.
  • Oversee internet product management and operations.

Requirements

  • Experience in digital and information technology resources management.
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and communications.
  • Proficiency in software applications and data processing.
  • Ability to develop and implement IT strategies and policies.
  • Experience in training and supporting technology users.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in CyberSecurity and Architecture roles.
  • Familiarity with Data Science and Analytics.
  • Knowledge of Digital Strategy and Project Management.
