About the position

The Sales/Business Development Representative role at 4Promo focuses on introducing customized and branded promotional apparel and products to various organizations, schools, and companies. This commission-only position is designed for self-starters who excel in a flexible, entrepreneurial environment and are motivated by sales success.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients within your network or territory.
  • Educate prospective clients on the benefits of branded promotional apparel and products.
  • Secure initial sales and build long-term relationships to drive repeat orders.
  • Promote our offerings through various channels, such as face-to-face meetings, phone calls, or online networking.
  • Distribute provided business cards and flyers if needed to aid in lead generation.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to build rapport and close deals.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for networking and business development.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
