Your role will be essential in setting our clients up for success from day one!

Responsibilities

• Roll out the red carpet for new clients, guiding them through every step of the TPS onboarding process with enthusiasm and expertise.
• Craft and execute personalized onboarding plans that align with each client's unique needs and goals.
• Lead engaging one-on-one training sessions and provide hands-on support to ensure clients are comfortable and confident with our products and services.
• Anticipate and address any hiccups or challenges with a can-do attitude, turning potential problems into opportunities for client satisfaction.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales and back-end tax preparation to ensure a smooth transition and alignment of client expectations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in client onboarding, customer support, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for simplifying complex concepts and making clients feel at ease.
• Familiarity with onboarding tools and CRM systems is a plus, but a passion for learning and improving is key.
• Energetic, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• A proactive self-starter who thrives on creating positive client experiences and driving results.
