Our mission is to be the premier patient-centered provider of women's health in the Omaha area. We are seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Medical Receptionist to be a vital part of our dedicated team. This is a great opportunity for a service-oriented, detail-driven professional who is passionate about women's health care.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and appointment paperwork
  • Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system: schedule appointments and route calls appropriately
  • Enter and update patient information in the electronic health records system (EHR)
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front desk area
  • Perform general clerical duties (filing, scanning, copying, faxing)
  • Provide support to providers and other team members as needed
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned
