Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the cannabis farm, ensuring compliance with all county regulations.
- Operate tractors and manage farm equipment effectively.
- Install and maintain water pipes and well equipment for optimal irrigation.
- Oversee the growing and drying processes, ensuring quality standards.
