About the position
Monroe's Nightclub is seeking an experienced cook to join their team. This role involves working in a one-cook-per-shift kitchen, where the cook will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and managing kitchen operations. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food items according to menu specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, including washing dishes and general cleaning.
- Change deep fryer oil as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage kitchen operations during shifts.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a cook in a similar environment.
- Good standing with current or former employers.
- Excellent attendance record.
