About the position

The Journey View Lead at Truist Bank is responsible for defining and leading the transformation of client journeys across various business units. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create seamless client experiences, overseeing the development of new work processes, and communicating the vision and status of client journey initiatives. The Journey View Lead acts as a product owner, ensuring that the client experience is human-centric and aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Define the future vision for client delivery in collaboration with the Head of Journey and stakeholders.
  • Lead journey architects to build, improve, and prioritize the backlog of product features.
  • Act as end-to-end experience product owner in partnership with line of business counterparts and technology leadership.
  • Identify and define key journeys in partnership with service design to solve human-centric problems.
  • Collaborate with business, research, and analytic partners to understand current state opportunities.
  • Serve as a point of contact for line of businesses and client experience leaders, acting as co-owner of the product.
  • Co-develop and drive the target product vision aligned with business strategy.
  • Effectively communicate process, vision, and status to stakeholders and Journey team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related subject or equivalent education and training.
  • Seven or more years of experience in client experience, client relationship, insights, process management, product development, or service design.
  • Experience in managing major initiatives and delivering results in a complex matrix environment.
  • Meaningful experience in strategy, platform/product ownership, preferably in financial services.
  • Experience leading design efforts for front-end digital solutions and client experience re-engineering.
  • Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research tools and data analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex efforts impacting company performance.
  • Ability to develop a comprehensive business case.
  • Polished presentation and communication skills, with emphasis on storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products.
