Journeyman electrician

Journeyman electrician We are currently seeking a Journeyman Electrician! You will strive to provide safe electrical systems for a variety of customers. Responsibilities * Install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures * Install various types of raceway and cable tray systems * Troubleshoot motor and control systems * Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems * Adhere to all quality and safety codes * Install utility power components including AC/DC panels, battery charges, conduit, receptacles, circuit breakers, lights, antennas, all LV (120-480V) components. * Verify components with the bill of materials * Install electrical components per assembly drawings. Qualifications * Previous experience in electrical engineering or other related fields * Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals * Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools * Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills * Lift a minimum of 50 lbs. * Basic understanding of NEC * Journeyman's Electrician credential * Familiarity with wiring diagrams * Familiarity with NEC & NFPA * At least 3 Years Electrician experience How to apply Please download our PDF application or complete the SPS Online Employment Application Form.
