About the position

Ultimate LLC is seeking experienced HVAC Installation Journeymen for commercial projects in the Kansas City Metro area. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Technicians will work on various service orders and projects, requiring expertise in HVAC systems and the ability to interpret technical plans.

Responsibilities

• Working on both commercial and multi-family installs
• General knowledge of controls
• Ability to read and interpret prints and plans
• General layout and build sheet metal and ductwork
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
• Ensure condensation drain line is clear and working properly
• Install HVAC systems based on blueprints and/or user's requirements
• Executing a variety of service work orders, which may include significant complexity and requires HVAC expertise/certification and/or mastery level expertise in one or more disciplines
• Flat rate protocol and presentation
• HVAC repair or installation projects requiring EPA certification
• Minor plumbing projects
• Minor electrical projects

Requirements

• 18+ Years of Age
• EPA Certification Preferred
• Valid driver's license
• 3+ years Commercial HVAC experience
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds if necessary
• Ability to use proper hand tools
