Responsibilities

• Perform diversified duties to install and maintain facilities.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs to facilities and scheduled maintenance repairs of facilities.
• Perform service repair duties and responsibilities.
• Perform service skills including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, troubleshooting, and repair of facilities.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on facilities.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Effectively communicate and use company-provided phones and apps.
• Maintain regular work attendance habits and good work attendance habits.
• Properly record work time and comply with the company's timekeeping procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or equivalent years of education and production maintenance experience.
• Strong background in at least two of the following skill sets: Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall Repairs, Painting, Flooring, Carpentry, Locks.

Nice-to-haves

• 2+ years of Commercial Experience in plumbing, carpentry, handyman, electrical.
• Possession of personal hand tools and power tools.
