Pape' Kenworth is seeking a Journeyman Truck Technician/Mechanic to join their team in Klamath Falls, OR. Responsibilities
- Perform complicated repairs on medium and heavy-duty class 7 & 8 trucks.
- Ensure repairs are done accurately and timely to maximize customer uptime.
- Direct the work of other technician/mechanics and may lead the shift in the Foreman's absence.
- Utilize electronic troubleshooting, HVAC systems, and chassis repair skills.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience working on all makes and models of medium and heavy-duty class 7/8 trucks.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Class B CDL or the ability to obtain one.
- Self-motivation and assertiveness.
- Ability to work under little or no supervision.
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
- Must provide own tools.
