About the position

The Jr. Account Manager at Pura is responsible for supporting the annual strategy and growth of brand partnerships within the Pura marketplace. This role involves managing relationships with assigned partners, overseeing project management for launches and promotions, and assisting in marketing strategies to enhance partner satisfaction and revenue. The position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about fragrance and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the annual strategy of each brand within the Pura marketplace
  • Support the annual omni-channel marketing and distribution growth strategy for assigned partners
  • Manage all partnership metrics including Partner Satisfaction Results, Wholesale Revenue, and Partner revenue on pura.com
  • Develop and maintain relationships with assigned partners
  • Oversee project management for new launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns
  • Assist in Annual and Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Support demand planning, logistics, and fulfillment of partner's wholesale business

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience with retail and/or wholesale is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Detail-oriented, quick learner, and proactive
  • Ability to meet and manage multiple deadlines
  • Team player with experience working with different cross-functional teams
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and G-suite
