About the position

The Jr. Accounting Data Analyst position at Turn2Partners involves supporting internal and external stakeholders through data analysis, primarily focusing on the EBS database. The role requires effective communication with external stakeholders to resolve issues related to EDI documents and the development of SQL tools to enhance reporting capabilities. This hybrid position is designed for individuals with 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, particularly in the context of E-Commerce operations.

Responsibilities

• Support internal and external stakeholders via analysis of the EBS database.
• Manage communications with external stakeholders regarding EDI document issues and facilitate resolutions.
• Design and develop SQL querying tools to meet reporting needs.
• Develop tools and processes for E-Commerce employees to complete standard work obligations more effectively.
• Collaborate with E-Commerce operations, IT, and customer care staff to resolve AP and PO issues.
• Collect and monitor data for AP holds and exceptions regularly.
• Provide summaries of AP hold and exception status by vendor and type to management and IT.
• Research and resolve EDI 810 invoice exceptions.
• Monitor the impact of EDI-based issues on E-Commerce Accounting delays or interruptions.
• Investigate factors contributing to delays, such as incomplete invoices and Direct EDI errors.
• Assist E-Commerce Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable staff as needed.
• Develop new analyses for E-Commerce accounting and AP as required.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in E-Commerce.
• Proficiency in SQL, with at least 1 year of experience preferred.
