The Junior Analyst in Operations at Axos Clearing LLC plays a crucial role in supporting the operational team that caters to the needs of clients. Key responsibilities include reviewing and approving reports and processing items related to Corporate Actions, both Mandatory and Voluntary, as well as Dividends. The Junior Analyst is expected to perform consistent quality reconciliation to maintain accurate books and records. Effective communication is essential, as the role involves interacting with business partners across the organization and the broader financial industry. The Junior Analyst will be encouraged to engage in open discussions about opportunities for improvement within the department's functions, fostering a culture of continuous enhancement. Maintaining a high level of regulatory compliance is paramount, and the Junior Analyst will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and professional responses to inquiries from Correspondents. Customer service is a significant aspect of this role, with responsibilities including providing assistance via phone and email to both internal and external clients. The position may also involve any additional tasks assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the operational team.

Responsibilities

  • Participate on an operational team that supports clients.
  • Complete daily workloads accurately and timely.
  • Process Corporate Actions, Mandatory/Voluntary, and Dividends.
  • Review and approve reports and processing items.
  • Perform consistent quality reconciliation to ensure accurate books and records.
  • Communicate professionally with business partners across the organization and financial industry.
  • Capitalize on opportunities for improvement within the department.
  • Maintain a high regulatory compliance environment.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing tasks.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience in financial services or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in standard office software and tools.
