About the position

The Junior Product Analyst is responsible for assisting in the evaluation, design, development, implementation, testing, and oversight of Hendrick Autoguard products. This role involves collaboration with team members to enhance product offerings, optimize features, and improve the performance of F&I Products. The analyst will also support the maintenance of the GEARS and Tableau applications related to product development.

Responsibilities

  • Support Annual product pricing review, including comprehensive product performance reviews.
  • Produce Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Monitor the competitive environment to identify new opportunities for Hendrick Autoguard products.
  • Research market trends to analyze the competitiveness of products offered.
  • Configure, test, and monitor the GEARS system for various product programs.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of product documentation, including training material and product evaluations.
  • Perform competitive pricing analysis against other TPA's and Manufacturers programs.
  • Conduct studies to analyze future and emerging products and prepare recommendations for action.
  • Lead team members in the design, development, and implementation of new Hendrick Autoguard products.
  • Ensure that products are developed and marketed in accordance with Hendrick Brand Standards.
  • Support forms development, licensing, and other relevant compliance processes.
  • Prepare implementation kits for new or modified product offerings.
  • Coordinate annual program changes with vendor partners and prepare internal and external communications.
  • Collaborate with vendors and management team on the development of Point of Sale materials.
  • Support Tableau Application design, development, and end user reporting.
  • Demonstrate the Company's Core Values.
  • Comply with Company policies and procedures.
  • Observe all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Up to 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Experience with Hyperion Financial Management or Hyperion Enterprise.
  • Experience with VBA Script.
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions and communicate effectively.
