About the position

The Junior Business Intelligence Developer will be responsible for planning, designing, coding, testing, debugging, configuring, and documenting business intelligence application systems and data warehouse development solutions. This role is essential for supporting the data-driven decision-making processes within the organization by leveraging various Microsoft BI tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design business intelligence application systems.
• Code, test, and debug BI applications.
• Configure and document data warehouse development solutions.
• Develop tabular data models using Microsoft BI tools.
• Utilize Microsoft Power BI, PowerPivot, and SharePoint for data visualization and reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to build consensus and influence project direction.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence platform.
• 2+ years of SQL programming experience with Microsoft SQL.
• 2+ years of experience developing BI applications with large scale deployment.
• Strong ability to build consensus and influence others.
• Experience working independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong experience in current software engineering and solution delivery methodologies.
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field required, or equivalent experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Microsoft Azure platform.
