About the position

The Jr. Case/Financial Analyst position at Visa Business Plans involves supporting senior associates and executives in financial analysis, business plan writing, and market research. The role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing client information, preparing financial forecasts, and maintaining communication with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Read and analyze client information including personal, business, and financial data.
• Fill out summary forms and identify missing information from clients.
• Verify and audit information to ensure it meets guidelines and confirm accuracy.
• Formulate clarification requests for additional information needed for business plans.
• Point out weaknesses in information and suggest modifications for stronger business plans.
• Follow up with clients and attorneys regarding pending information and documentation.
• Prepare and submit revenue and financial forecasts, organizational charts, and investment summaries.
• Maintain communication with team members about changes in client cases.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Chinese is required; Spanish is a plus.
• Associate's degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
• 1-2 years of fast-paced office experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis.
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound business ethics regarding confidentiality and proprietary information.
• Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in pricing research and analysis.
• Knowledge of market trends and developments.
