About the position

The Jr. Copywriter position at Creative Circle involves developing and executing communication plans for technology change initiatives within a telecommunications client. This contract role requires onsite presence two days a week and focuses on creating targeted communication materials while managing various communication channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication plans for technology change initiatives.
• Work with stakeholders to identify communication needs and develop targeted messages.
• Create and distribute communication materials, such as emails, newsletters, and presentations.
• Manage the Technology Communications website and social media and slack channels (#the-working-tools, #help-vzgpt, etc.).
• Train Power Up and Mini Power Up courses.
• Track and measure the effectiveness of communication efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in communications, preferably in a technology setting.
• Experience with email marketing, social media, and content development.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with being a trainer and facilitator for technology courses (e.g. Slack, Google Workspace, Gemini, VZGPT).
• Knowledge of technology trends and best practices.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
