About the position

The Jr. Data Analyst position at INSPYR Solutions is a contract role focused on supporting data analysis and management tasks. The analyst will engage with suppliers and customers, manage feedback requests, and maintain item Master Data Management (MDM) for features and benefits. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Engage, train, and manage supplier relationships to capture enriched content.
• Triage and escalate customer feedback requests via Service Now.
• Create, maintain, and retire item MDM for features and benefits.
• Manage and respond to team mailbox for intercompany and customer requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 0 - 3 years of experience in a business or data analyst role.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Beginner experience with SQL.
• Intermediate experience with Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Visualization).
• Demonstrates good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain multiple projects at the same time while meeting deadlines.
• Must be a strong team player.
• Able to find flaws in processes and improve upon them.
