Responsibilities

• Support endpoint security with a focus on CrowdStrike.
• Manage EDR infrastructure and vulnerability management.
• Collaborate with business partners and work independently on ServiceNow ticket queues.
• Maintain excellent documentation of security processes and incidents.
• Automate security processes using SQL, PowerShell, or Python.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in security operations, particularly with CrowdStrike and other security technologies.
• Experience with EDR/XDR tools and kernel-level security solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud services and Ubuntu operating systems.
• Proficiency in SQL, PowerShell, or Python scripting.
