About the position

The Jr. Digital Creative Producer role is designed to assist in the production of creative assets that align with business needs. This position involves close collaboration with marketing partners and the creative team to ensure successful project delivery within specified time, cost, and quality parameters. The role primarily supports senior producers across various formats, including print, social media, digital, photography, and email/web, focusing on revisional work and supporting product and field marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the production of creative assets for various marketing projects.
• Support senior producers across multiple formats including print, social, digital, photography, and email/web.
• Perform revisional work to ensure project quality and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing business partners and the creative team to meet project goals.
• Provide support to the traffic manager as needed.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience working in a creative agency or in-house creative team.
• Experience in the financial industry or with financial clients in an agency environment is a plus.
• General knowledge of social, print, and UX best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
• Familiarity with visual QA processes to ensure project quality.
