About the position

The Jr. Financial Analyst at INDUS plays a crucial role in providing financial management and acquisition support for the PEO C4I Business Financial Management Support Services contract. This position emphasizes collaboration with various program managers to manage resources and funding, ensuring effective financial planning and execution. The role is designed for individuals who are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills, contributing to the overall success of the program portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Financial Managers (BFMs) and program managers to manage resources and funding data.
• Support financial and planning documentation for program portfolios.
• Provide inputs for DoD Acquisition related data calls and documentation.
• Develop financial management strategies to secure necessary funding for client goals.
• Assist with bid and proposal support as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• An active secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 1-3 years of professional experience, with at least 1 year in DoD/DoN Financial or Installation Management activities.
• Experience in overseeing program financial execution and installation management activities.
• Analytical and problem-solving experience related to configuration/data management issues.
• Familiarity with Navy ERP and related systems.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Department of the Navy Installation & Financial management processes.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and time management skills.
