About the position

The Jr. Financial & Inventory Analyst position at Casa de Fruta involves managing inventory transactions, compiling cash receipts, and assisting with purchasing functions. Responsibilities

• Learn and understand the POS/Inventory program.
• Enter all inventory transactions into GP/365 Business Central.
• Enter cash receipts as they arrive from the counting room.
• Verify credit card batches and research any discrepancies.
• Enter audited/reconciled information into spreadsheets for sales information, over/shorts and transactions.
• Assist with the purchasing requirements of the company as needed.

Requirements

• Three (3) years combined experience in Accounting and Inventory.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Business/Economics/Math (4 year degree is highly desired).
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Working knowledge with an inventory control software program is a plus.
