About the position

The Jr. Financial Management Analyst will support the operational efficiency of the Office of Financial Management (OFM) by reviewing, analyzing, and documenting procedures and operating policies. This role involves ensuring compliance with ASPR policies, managing administrative tasks, and providing recommendations for effective operations. The position requires collaboration with various divisions and teams to maintain accurate documentation and follow up on task completion.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and document procedures and operating policies.
• Work with Divisions and Teams to document processes, procedures, and operating policies.
• Ensure operating policies are in compliance with ASPR policies, including 508 compliance.
• Ensure procedures are published and maintained on all applicable platforms (Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
• Provide evaluation and recommendations for effectively managing administrative operations of the OFM.
• Review incoming administrative tasks for the OFM, break down task requirements to include suspense dates, and continuously follow up with tasked Divisions and Teams to ensure timely completion and closeout of the tasking.
• Review correspondence for formatting and grammatical accuracy.
• Route the correspondence for intended action and provide status and follow-up of the action.
• Assist in the processing and document processes of Interagency Agreement (IAA) and Reimbursable Work Agreements (RWA) fund transfers on applicable Government furnished platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences and/or Management and Business).
• 2-4 years of experience in a related role.
• Demonstrated experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, TEAMS, and SharePoint applications.
• US Citizenship.
