About the position

Bedrosians is seeking a Jr. Graphic Designer/Production Designer to join our creative marketing team. This role involves designing and assisting with print and web graphic designs under the supervision of the Marketing Manager. The designer will create various marketing materials, including tile sample boards, back labels, emails, and social assets, while adhering to established design rules and adapting to changes as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Create print and web graphic designs with the direction of the Marketing Manager.
• Assist in the print production of marketing materials established by the Senior Design team.
• Collaborate within a team environment to understand end-user needs and develop practical solutions.
• Conduct quality assurance of print and web designs prior to print/launch.
• Stay up-to-date on design software and design trends.

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in graphic design or related field.
• 1-3 years work experience in a related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design, layout, and typography principles.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects and deadlines effectively.
• High attention to detail with respect to spacing, margins, and alignment of graphics and typography.
• Strong organizational skills and good communication skills.
