About the position

The Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and supporting the production of visual assets for e-commerce platforms. This role is designed for a designer passionate about digital media, seeking hands-on experience in a collaborative environment. The position involves working closely with marketing and merchandising teams to produce visually compelling assets that enhance user experience and support e-commerce goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of digital assets for the website, email marketing, social media, online ads, and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for campaigns, including banners, product visuals, and seasonal content.
• Maintain consistency of brand visuals across all touch points and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Assist with asset management, including organization and archiving of digital files.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 2+ years of design experience, ideally in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Understanding of digital design principles, including UX/UI basics, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to follow creative direction and brand guidelines with close attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• A passion for e-commerce and a desire to learn more about the role of design in digital marketing and retail.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant digital work or projects.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with e-commerce content management systems (CMS) or email marketing platforms is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is advantageous but not required.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their design requirements.
