About the position

The Jr. Graphic Designer position is an entry-level role focused on creating visually appealing designs across various platforms, including print and digital media. The designer will work on projects such as advertisements, social media content, and web design, contributing to the overall branding and marketing efforts of the company. This role requires a creative mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team while managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Design concepts across printed and digital assets, including print advertisement, websites, social media, digital marketing campaigns, e-blasts, and presentation materials.
• Layout design that translates across multiple platforms (web, email, mobile, print).
• Create imagery and video for social use (infographics, posts, reels, and YouTube).
• Work collaboratively on UX/UI design initiatives.
• Independently follow directions and execute revisions with a high level of accuracy.
• Maintain the appropriate tone for brand audience.

Requirements

• BFA (or equivalent experience) in Graphic Design.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop).
• Knowledge of After Effects and Adobe Premiere.
• Knowledge of Figma.
• Knowledge of WordPress.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to conceptualize original ideas through design.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and consistent attention to detail.
• Bilingual (English/Korean).
