About the position

The Jr. Graphic Designer role at Robert Half is a contract-to-hire position based in Medley, Florida. This position focuses on creating and designing various types of visual content to meet the company's needs. The designer will work within an innovative team in a fast-paced environment, with a hybrid work model allowing for one remote workday each week.

Responsibilities

• Use Adobe Creative Cloud and other software to create compelling designs for advertisements, brochures, and other promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and implement design concepts, graphics, and layouts for brand awareness campaigns.
• Utilize Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign to create and edit artwork and banner ads.
• Use Adobe Dreamweaver and Adobe Flash to create interactive web content and animations.
• Maintain and organize digital files for easy access and future modifications.
• Work closely with the team to translate marketing and brand strategies into comps that render beautifully in print and online.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools, and continuously enhance skills through professional development.

Requirements

• Possess proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
• Capable of creating and designing advertisements, artwork, and banner ads
• Ability to contribute to brand awareness through creative designs
• Experience in designing brochures for different purposes and audiences
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• A bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field is preferred
• Up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
• Portfolio of completed design projects is required.
