About the position

Insight Global is hiring for a REMOTE Jr. IT Change Manager to join a large streaming service client. This position is part of the Reliability & Performance team and is crucial for managing the change process for the Direct-to-Consumer businesses client applications and related software services. The Jr. IT Change Manager will oversee the Change Advisory Board, collaborating with delivery teams and the Operations PMO to ensure that all system changes are scheduled and approved prior to implementation. On a daily basis, the Jr. IT Change Manager will participate in change and incident management calls, ensuring that any incoming change tickets are processed through the appropriate channels. This role involves automating change tickets in ServiceNow and providing recommendations for improving and automating dashboards. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working with both technical and non-technical team members, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across diverse groups. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in change management.
  • Experience working with the ticketing system ServiceNow.
  • Ability to interact with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to understand large complex software systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a relevant field.
  • Incident Management experience.
  • ITIL certifications.
