About the position

MetaPhase Consulting is seeking a Jr IT Financial Analyst to support the Department of Interior's Office of the Chief Information Officer Program Management Division. This role involves managing IT portfolio management services and establishing enterprise-wide processes for Federal Capital Planning and Investment Control. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in budgeting, customer relations, business analysis, project management, and process improvement, and will work in a fast-paced environment to support various financial and compliance needs of Federal customers.

Responsibilities

• Support the financial and compliance needs of Federal customers, including portfolio management and CPIC reporting to OMB.
• Create communications and presentations, facilitate meetings, and track decisions/issues/risks.
• Apply strong communication skills to build relationships and support team members.
• Create and support project deliverables, including compliance matrices, SOPs, roadmaps, and status reviews.
• Manage internal and client communications and maintain program knowledge management.
• Coordinate customer engagement activities on behalf of the client.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of IT-related experience, including IT Investment Management and Capital Planning & Investment Control.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to obtain and hold an active Public Trust clearance at a U.S. Government Agency; U.S. Citizenship required.
