Requirements

• Strong understanding of business objectives and IT support.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Critical thinking and a cyclical mindset for ongoing maintenance and reporting.
• Strong sense of ethics and integrity.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with software management tools such as Bluebeam, Autocad, and Office 365.
• Familiarity with file management systems and templates.
