About The Position
Exceed the expectations of our residential mortgage borrowers & business partners through superior service, simple processes, and effective communications. We deliver on this mission by empowering our employees by encouraging and recognizing superior performance and innovative solutions, by promoting teamwork and divisional cooperation. The primary function of this role is to gain growth and knowledge of the mortgage industry through online training, courses, and working with the Sales Coaches. You will interact with both sales and Newrez clients to help with the understanding of the mortgage industry and expanding into the Mortgage Consultant role.
