About the position

The Jr. Product Manager for End to End Customer Journey at Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. (SGA) is responsible for enhancing customer product experiences across the Digital Media portfolio. This role involves engaging with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of new products and the improvement of existing flagship products, focusing on customer-centric experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Support development of key personas and customer journeys by mapping flows and diagnosing performance issues.
  • Assist in journey mapping and benchmarking internal and external workflows to identify best practices.
  • Gather and analyze data to determine the size and impact of journey changes.
  • Collaborate with design teams to obtain and integrate the latest designs.
  • Conduct research and gather data from various sources to support senior product managers in decision-making.
  • Facilitate discussions with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and drive action across the organization.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data from multiple sources.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic understanding of creative/design tools and processes. Experience with Figma and Adobe creative tools a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • 1-3 years of experience in related field.
