Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Project Coordinator in managing client projects.
• Review client projects, scope of work, designs, and selections to prepare necessary documents.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and other resources to ensure project success.
• Research and track information to ensure project progress and deadline adherence.
• Set up and maintain organizational and follow-up systems.
• Answer inbound calls from potential clients and collect information for the sales team.
• Compile documentation as needed for projects.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in construction or a related industry.
• 5+ years of prior administrative/office experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-motivated with proactive work habits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grammar and spelling.
• Customer service oriented with a professional demeanor.
• Above average math skills.
• Typing speed of 50-60 wpm minimum.
