About the position

As a Jr. QA Engineer, you will be part of the Concentrix Catalyst team, which is responsible for enhancing the experience design and engineering capabilities of the organization. This role is essential in delivering strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics that provide valuable insights to improve client outcomes and value. You will work closely with a team of experts, leveraging human-centered design and powerful data to drive CX transformation at scale. In this junior-level position, you will be expected to work onsite in Phoenix, AZ, three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday), starting from day one. The role requires a strong foundation in functional testing and test automation across various technologies, with a particular emphasis on web services (APIs) and BDD for automation. You will utilize frameworks such as Selenium or equivalent tools to ensure the quality and performance of the software products. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with team members will be crucial to your success in this role. Responsibilities
