As a Jr. QA Engineer, you will be part of the Concentrix Catalyst team, which is responsible for enhancing the experience design and engineering capabilities of the organization. This role is essential in delivering strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics that provide valuable insights to improve client outcomes and value. You will work closely with a team of experts in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the development and implementation of quality assurance processes that ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients. In this position, you will be expected to work onsite in Phoenix, AZ, three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday), starting from day one. The role requires a strong foundation in functional testing and test automation, particularly in testing web services (APIs) using Behavior Driven Development (BDD) methodologies. You will utilize frameworks such as Selenium or equivalent tools to automate testing processes. Your ability to communicate effectively and coordinate with team members will be crucial in accomplishing tasks and meeting project deadlines. Experience in the banking, financial services, or cards domain is preferred, as it will enhance your understanding of the specific challenges and requirements in these sectors.
