As a Jr. QA Engineer, you will be part of the Concentrix Catalyst team, which is dedicated to enhancing experience design and engineering capabilities. This role is essential in delivering strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics that provide valuable insights to improve client outcomes. You will work closely with a talented team to create game-changing solutions that help brands grow and succeed in a competitive landscape. The position requires you to be onsite in Phoenix, AZ, three days a week, and you will be expected to contribute to the fast-paced environment of the company while ensuring high-quality standards in software testing and automation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional testing and test automation across multiple technologies.
• Test web services (APIs) using Behavior Driven Development (BDD) for automation.
• Utilize Selenium or equivalent frameworks for testing.
• Collaborate with team members to accomplish tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Adapt to fast-paced environments and maintain effective communication with the team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in functional testing and test automation outside of schooling.
• Strong understanding of testing web services (APIs) and experience with BDD for automation.
• Proficient in using Selenium or equivalent testing frameworks.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the Banking, Financial Services, or Cards Domain is preferred.
