About the position

Concentrix is seeking a Junior QA Engineer to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This position is designed for individuals who are at the beginning of their careers in quality assurance and testing. As a Junior QA Engineer, you will be expected to work onsite three days a week, specifically from Tuesday to Thursday, and you will be required to be onsite from day one. This role is integral to our Concentrix Catalyst team, which focuses on enhancing customer experience through innovative technology and strategic consulting. In this role, you will be involved in functional testing and test automation across various technologies. You will need to have a strong understanding of testing web services (APIs) and experience in using Behavior Driven Development (BDD) for automation. Familiarity with testing frameworks, particularly Selenium or equivalent tools, is essential. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members to accomplish tasks. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Functional Testing and Test automation outside of schooling.
  • Strong understanding of testing web services (APIs).
  • Experience in using BDD for automation.
  • Strong working knowledge of Selenium or equivalent testing frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills.
