Madison Davis is an Executive Search firm specializing in the financial industry. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sourcing Specialist. As a Sourcing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the talent acquisition process by identifying and engaging with potential candidates for our clients' job openings. In this role, you will utilize various sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals. You will review resumes and profiles to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific job openings, maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS). Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and priorities. Additionally, you will keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment, ensuring that you are equipped with the latest knowledge to effectively contribute to the team.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and colleagues.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with a strong desire to learn and develop new skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Previous experience in recruiting or human resources is preferred but not required.
