About the position

JWilliams Staffing is a leading temporary staffing agency specializing in providing exceptional talent to the Multi-Family industry. Our corporate office is dedicated to maintaining client satisfaction, fostering strong relationships, and delivering top-tier professionals to meet the dynamic needs of our clients. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our corporate office team. This role will focus on recruiting professionals for the Multi-Family industry, assisting with client satisfaction, and filling open job orders with active and available temporary employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the Multi-Family industry.
  • Utilize various recruitment platforms and strategies to attract top talent.
  • Assist with maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction with placed candidates.
  • Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to match available temporary employees with open job orders.
  • Ensure timely and accurate placement of candidates to meet client requirements.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of active and available candidates.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment and client management.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Support other team members as needed.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, particularly within the Multi-Family industry, is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software/tools.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
