Mobile Communications America (MCA) is seeking a Jr. Sales Compensation Analyst to join our team, which is dedicated to providing exceptional wireless communications, data, and security solutions. This position is remote and is open to candidates located in North Carolina, South Carolina, or Georgia. As a Jr. Sales Compensation Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate sales commission payments and monthly statement releases for all MCA sales divisions. You will be responsible for resolving commission questions and disputes promptly, partnering with Payroll to meet monthly commission deadlines, and proactively identifying and communicating compensation outages and exceptions with sales leadership, Finance, and HR. In this role, you will also be involved in onboarding new sales employees, which includes reviewing compensation plans, providing system overviews, and collaborating with sales leadership to establish sales quotas and territories. You will work directly with sales leadership to set annual sales quotas and will be tasked with developing and maintaining documentation for all commission processes. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for improved processes and controls, assist with annual plan design and implementation, and support key projects.
