About the position

The Jr. Sales Development Representative at SoftInWay Inc. is a full-time role focused on lead generation and development within a fast-paced environment. The representative will identify and convert social contacts into qualified sales opportunities, update the CRM database, and attend related tradeshows. This position is crucial for supporting the sales team and fostering collaboration between sales and marketing to achieve joint goals.

Responsibilities

  • Use research tools to identify and source key decision-makers.
  • Engage prospects by phone and email.
  • Educate prospects about our products and generate interest.
  • Schedule meetings/demos with prospects to increase the sales pipeline.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing and sales team to continually improve individually and collectively, and achieve optimal results for your customers.
  • Leverage data and analysis to drive daily and weekly strategies.
  • Work closely with key internal teams and engage current accounts to develop account intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities through direct account engagement and insight tools to expand awareness, education, and referral networks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or relevant engineering field.
  • Technical aptitude and at least 1-year experience in a sales environment (internship is ok).
  • Excellent record of customer service and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in leveraging social media to identify and engage with key decision-makers.
  • Good telephone etiquette and computer literacy skills.
  • Understanding of sales automation tools and the sales process.
  • Fluent in English and the local language of the territory.
