About the position

The Joint Replacement Sales Representative at Stryker is responsible for selling Joint Replacement products while providing high levels of service and reliability. This role involves building strong relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals, developing sales strategies, and exceeding sales expectations. The representative acts as a trusted advisor, leveraging product knowledge to enhance patient outcomes and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Sell Stryker Joint Replacement products to meet customer needs.
  • Become the Resident Joint Replacement expert for surgeons and healthcare professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships to increase territory results.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with current and new customers to exceed sales expectations.
  • Provide advice and training on products and tools to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role (or a combination of the two).
  • 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of sales principles, marketing strategies, and product demonstration techniques.
  • Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office and databases.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
  • Comfortable in emergency/operating room environments.
  • Ability to attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside regular business hours.
  • Adhere to compliance and ethical standards.
