About the position
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Service Assistant to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will assist with both order processing and customer service tasks, ensuring that orders are accurately processed, tracked, and fulfilled in a timely manner. You will work closely with our team to provide excellent service and support, helping to maintain a smooth order workflow and enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Process and enter customer orders into the system with high accuracy.
- Verify order details with customers and internal teams to ensure correctness and prevent mistakes.
- Address customer inquiries regarding the status of their orders and resolve any issues promptly.
- Monitor and track orders to ensure they are processed on time.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline order fulfillment and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide general customer service support and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
