About the position

The Junior Software and Integration Engineer is responsible for testing, documenting, and maintaining software applications and integrations to support business requirements. This role provides technical assistance and support to experienced team members regarding purchased software to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Test software applications and integrations to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Document software applications and integrations for future reference and compliance.
• Maintain existing software applications and integrations, ensuring they function correctly and efficiently.
• Provide technical assistance and support to team members regarding software issues and solutions.
• Collaborate with various departments, business partners, vendors, and service providers to understand and meet business needs.

Requirements

• Associate degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field, or proven experience in software integration in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of Java, SQL, Git, IntelliJ, EDI, and ERP Applications.
• Understanding of system architecture and relevant laws, codes, and regulations.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• Experience with ERP (M3), StreamServe, Birst, IDM, MDM, HTML, CSS, Javascript, XML, JSON, REST APIs, and SOAP-based web services.
