About the position

The Jr. Visual Merchandising Designer will support the Global Visual Merchandising & Retail Experience Team for a global beauty brand. This role involves assisting with various creative needs, including the design of window decals, in-store graphics, and production-ready artwork, while collaborating with internal teams and presenting to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support the team with creative needs including window decals, table wraps, and in-store graphics.
• Create 2D & 3D graphic designs and technical drawings.
• Produce production-ready artwork for various merchandising displays.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Creative Operations, Image, and Store Design.
• Present design concepts to leadership and implement feedback.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

• Experience in visual merchandising design, particularly with luxury beauty brands.
• Proficient in 3D design programs such as Rhino and Keyshot.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience with tester displays, gondola designs, and styling for events.
