About the position
The Juice Barista is a part-time role focused on producing, bottling, and sampling fresh juice and other items in a fast-paced environment at a Sam's Club location. This position involves regular customer interaction and requires physical activity, including lifting and operating machinery. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for career advancement, along with training provided online or on-the-job.
Responsibilities
- Preparing oranges, operating the juicing machine, and packaging the product for purchase
- Maintaining and cleaning the juicing machine and other program items
- Ensuring compliance with all food safety requirements
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Reliable access to a smartphone or tablet on days worked
- The ability to regularly lift 50+ pounds and push or pull a large commercial juicing machine
- The ability to stand, bend, kneel, walk, and move to perform the event for the entire shift
Nice-to-haves
- Applicants without a high school or college degree
- No prior experience required
- Military experience welcomed
