As the Manager of our smoothie and juice bar, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, leading a team, and ensuring that every customer enjoys an exceptional experience. You will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory, optimizing sales, and upholding our high standards of product quality and service. Our vibrant and health-conscious smoothie and juice bar is committed to delivering delicious, nutritious beverages and an exceptional customer experience. Our menu features a wide variety of fresh fruit and vegetable blends, crafted to cater to health enthusiasts and casual customers alike. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our team and lead our efforts to become the go-to destination for refreshing and wholesome drinks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of baristas and support staff to deliver outstanding service.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Schedule shifts and manage employee attendance and labor costs.
• Ensure that all customer interactions are positive, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and enhance the customer experience to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory levels, place orders, and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Handle cash management and ensure accurate financial transactions.

Requirements

• Strong background in food service management and kitchen management
• Demonstrated experience in staff training and team management
• Proficiency in inventory control and cash handling
• Previous experience in managing quick service or fast food restaurants
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
