About the position

Juice It Up! is seeking enthusiastic team members for their Riverside University Village location. This role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing quality products, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment. The position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities with flexible scheduling, making it ideal for individuals passionate about healthy lifestyles and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Serve quality products in a clean store environment.
• Follow standards for handling and preparing smoothies, juices, bowls, and food.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, POS, and store areas.
• Ensure stock availability of cups, spoons, napkins, and snacks.
• Welcome customers with a sincere greeting and offer samples.
• Master the POS and order-taking process for accurate transactions.
• Count change and handle cash, credit cards, and gift cards accurately.
• Balance cash drawer with precision.

Requirements

• 1 year of guest services experience required.
• 1 year of barista experience required.
• Proficient in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to bend repeatedly.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain a fast pace.
